  6. Siapkan Tusuk sate.
  7. Tambahkan Bumbu balado.
  8. Ambil Minyak.

Cara membuat Papeda

  1. Campurkan adonan, tapioka,air,garam,kaldu. Aduk rata.
  2. Siapkan teflon oles sedikit minyak lalu panaskan, kemudian tuang 1 sendok sayur adonan putar seperti membuat dadar.
  3. Diamkan sesaat,tunggu matang.. tabur sedikit bumbu balado,kemudian parut sosis d.atasnya. Kemudian gulung dengan tusuk sate.
