Komposisi untuk mengolah Banana cake, No mixer

  1. Siapkan 250 gr Pisang masak, di lumatkan.
  2. Siapkan 190 gr Tepung terigu.
  3. Tambahkan 30 gr Susu bubuk.
  4. Tambahkan 1 1/2 sdt Baking powder.
  5. Tambahkan 1/2 sdt Baking soda.
  6. Ambil 3 butir Telur.
  7. Siapkan 120 gr Gula pasir.
  8. Tambahkan 40 gr Gula palem.
  9. Tambahkan 60 gr Margarin.
  10. Siapkan 80 ml Minyak goreng.
  11. Ambil Sedikit kismis untuk taburan.

Cara mengolah Banana cake, No mixer

  1. Panaskan oven di suhu 170 dercel. Di wadah ayak tepung terigu, susu bubuk, Baking powder dan baking soda, buat lubang di tengahnya.
  2. Kocok telur, gula pasir dan gula palem, hingga gula larut, lalu tuang di tengah2 bahan tepung, aduk memutar dengan whisk sampai tercampur rata.
  3. Masukkan pisang yang sudah dilumatkan, kemudian margarin yang telah di cairkan bersama minyak goreng.
  4. Tuang adonan kedalam loyang yang telah di oles margarin dan di taburi tepung (Sy, menggunakan loyang 20x8x5,5 lebih besar dari resep asli yang jadi 4 loyang mini) Beri taburan kismis di atas adonan.
  5. Panggang dalam oven suhu 180-190 dercel, selama 1 jam, (karena loyang saya besar, agak lama manggangnya) untuk cek kematangan lakukan tes tusuk, bila tidak ada adonan menempel, berarti matang.
  6. Menurut saya, untuk tekstur cake ini, garing di luar, empuk didalam, tapi bukan lembut ya. Padat tapi bukan bantat, pokoke tetap uenak�?.
